企业支持与民主监督对公仆型领导行为的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 服务管理学术界普遍认为,公仆型领导是适用于服务性企业的最佳领导方式。在以往的研究中,研究人员已对公仆型领导在服务性企业中的作用进行了理论探讨和实证研究,但极少探讨公仆型领导的影响因素。在本次研究中,作者对广州市4家客运站、45个服务班组的248名服务人员和45名班组负责人进行了一次问卷调查,探讨服务性企业针对基层领导者采取的管理措施对其公仆型领导行为的影响机制。多层次线性模型和分层回归分析结果表明,企业对团队负责人的支持和民主监督制度都会通过团队负责人的情感性归属感,间接影响团队负责人针对员工个人和团队集体的公仆型领导行为。
