摘要
在以互联网和数字化为特征的时代,一方面个体因为拥有知识、能力、信息以及独立程度,变得异常强大,因此要激活个体;另一方面组织因为拥有的资源、平台、机会以及聚合影响力的程度,也展现出了旺盛的生命力,因此要激活组织。本研究从系统管理学派、经验主义学派和东方智慧三个方面,提出在巨变时代下,实现从个人价值到集合智慧的转变,需要进行激活组织的七个要素:结构、文化、激励、工作习惯、绩效检验、价值共同体、领导角色。研究揭示组织应对外部巨变环境的关键,这是一个英雄辈出的时代,因此要'赋能'以激活个体;这是一个集合智慧的时代,因此要建立'价值共享系统'以激活组织。
In the era of Internet and digitization,individuals become extraordinarily powerful because of possessing knowledge,capability,information and independence,so it is necessary to activate individuals. Meantime,since organizations are equipped with resources,platforms,opportunities and aggregation of influence,they show their strong vitality. Thus,activating the organization is highly necessary. This research proposes how to accomplish the transformation from individual value to collective wisdom in this age of changes by putting forward seven elements to activate the organization, that is organizational structure, culture, motivation, work habits,performance test,value community and leadership role form three aspect of system management school,empiricist school and Oriental wisdom. The research reveals key to the organization’ s response to the external environment: this is an era of heroes,so we need "empower"to inspire the individual; this is an era of collective wisdom, so we need a "value sharing system " to inspire the organization.
