摘要
快乐并创新着,创新并快乐着——'乐创新,创新乐'是员工充实创新工作的理想状态。本研究从社会认知理论视角,实证检验了员工创造力效能感、积极情绪和创新行为的关系。结果发现:员工的积极情绪与创新行为显著正相关,创造力效能感、积极情绪都对员工的创新行为有显著正向影响;创造力效能感还通过积极情绪的部分中介作用,间接影响员工创新行为。以上结果表明,积极情绪与创新行为的共变关系可能是由创造力效能感所引发的。因而,为实现'乐创新、创新乐'蓝图,通过人力资源管理策略设计,努力提升员工的创造力效能感是重要途径之一。
The status that staffs is happy and creative at the same time is a desired state of modern human resources management. Can that desired state be achieved in Chinese enterprises?How to achieve? In this study, we empirical test the interaction among staffs ’ creative selfefficacy,positive affect and creative behavior based on social cognitive theory. The results show that there are significant and positive correlations between staffs ’ positive affect and creative behavior. Both creative self-efficacy and positive affect have significant positive effect on staffs’ creative behavior. Positive affect plays a partial mediating role between the staffs’ creative selfefficacy and creative behavior. These indicate that the desired state can be achieved in Chinese enterprises; and the relationship between positive affect and creative behavior is possibly caused by creative self-efficacy; and creative self-efficacy may stimulate staffs ’ positive affect state,thereby affect their creative behavior.
