绿色低碳视角下我国区域建筑业生产效率及演变趋势分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文以2005—2014年中国30个省份(不含西藏和港澳台地区)建筑业面板数据为基础,使用非期望产出的SBM模型测算绿色低碳视角下各省份的建筑业生产效率,用TOPSIS方法得到研究期间各省市建筑业生产效率的综合值,并利用Hurst指数分析效率的演变趋势。结果表明:(1)碳排放强度无效率水平在东中西部三大地区均为第一位,其次是投入无效率水平。东中西部地区对投入无效率贡献最大的分别为能源消耗量、动力装备率和技术装备率。(2)时间维度的综合效率评价结果显示,天津市综合效率最高,河北省最低;从地区分布看,东部地区综合效率值最高,其次为中部和西部地区。(3)全国76%以上地区建筑业生产效率的演变具有较强的长期持续性。湖北、新疆地区的效率变化处于无序状态,甘肃地区未来效率变化表现出较弱的反持续性。 This passage used SBM model to calculate the efficiency of construction industry in different provinces. TOPSIS method was also used to calculate comprehensive efficiency. We also analyzed evolution trend by Hurst exponent. From these study,we get three conclusions: The level of carbon emission inefficiency is the first in the eastern, middle and western regions,followed by the level of ineffective investment, and the level of output inefficiency is the last. Energy consumption, power equipment rate and technology equipment rate is the largest contribution to investment inefficiency respectively in the eastern, middle and western regions. According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation from time dimension, the comprehensive efficiency of Tianjin is the highest and the comprehensive efficiency in Hebei province is the lowest. In the respect of regional distribution,the comprehensive efficiency of the eastern region is the highest, followed by the central region, and the western region is the lowest. As for the evolution trend,the efficiency of construction industry in more than 76% of the country has a strong long-term sustainability. The change of the efficiency is in disorder in Hubei and Xinjiang province. The future efficiency change of Gansu province shows a weak anti sustainability.
