摘要
虽然有不少学者关注领导风格对员工知识共享的影响,但对精神型领导如何影响员工知识共享还缺乏充分认识。本研究基于精神型领导因果模型构建了精神型领导与知识共享关系的模型框架,通过204套员工与主管配对样本的问卷调查,探讨精神型领导与知识共享的关系以及两者之间的中介变量。研究结果表明:精神型领导的愿景、希望/信念、利他之爱三维度正向影响知识共享;内部人身份感知部分中介精神型领导的利他之爱维度与知识共享的关系。
Although increasing attentions have been paid on the impact of leadership style on knowledge sharing, it still obscures how spiritual leadership makes influences on employee knowledge sharing. Based on causal model of spiritual leadership, we develop a research framework on the relationship between spiritual leadership and knowledge sharing. Through the questionnaire survey of 204 paired supervisor and subordinate, we discuss the relationship between spiritual leadership and knowledge sharing,and the mediating role of perceived insider status. The results show that:( 1) The three dimensions of spiritual leadership,vision,hope/belief,altruistic love,have positive impact on knowledge sharing.( 2) Perceived insider status plays partial mediating role between altruistic love of spiritual leadership and knowledge sharing.
