摘要
文章构建起了社会控制与供应链绩效之间的相互作用关系理论模型,进而对信息共享能力与供应链柔性(包括:产品开发柔性、生产柔性、物流柔性、供应链基础柔性和供应商柔性)在其中所起的双重中介效应进行剖析。以380份来自于供应链相关岗位的中高层管理人员及技术人员的问卷作为样本,利用结构方程模型对社会控制、信息共享能力、供应链柔性及供应链绩效之间的相关关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:首先,社会控制对信息共享能力、信息共享能力对供应链柔性以及供应链柔性对供应链绩效均产生显著的正向作用关系;其次,信息共享能力对供应链绩效的正向作用关系并不显著;最后,社会控制虽然不会对供应链绩效产生直接的正向影响,但是其借助于信息共享能力和供应链柔性的双重中介效应而对供应链绩效产生间接影响。
This paper constructs a theoretical model of interaction relationship between social control and supply chain performance,then explores the double mediating roles of information sharing ability and supply chain flexibility(including:product development flexibility,production flexibility,logistics flexibility,supply chain basic flexibility and supplier flexibility).Based on 380 questionnaires among senior management and technical staffthat employed inpositions related to the supply chain,this paper empirically studies the interaction relationship among social control,information sharing ability,supply chain flexibility and supply chain performance by structural equation model(SEM).The results show that social control,information sharing ability and supply chain flexibility have positive effect on information sharing ability,supply chain flexibility and supply chain performance respectively;Secondly,the positive effect of information sharing ability having on supply chain performance is not significant;Thirdly,although the social control does not have direct positive impact on supply chain performance,it will bring indirect influence to supply chain performance with the benefit of double mediating effect from information sharing ability and supply chain flexibility.
