摘要 本文采用含有情境模拟的调查问卷收集数据,检验了基于信任关系和专业能力的对偶心理定位对领导行为和追随行为的影响。研究结果表明,当领导对下属的心理定位为高信任关系、高专业能力时,其选择授权领导行为的倾向显著高于栽培、防御和威权领导行为;当下属对领导的心理定位为高信任关系、高专业能力时,其选择学习追随行为的倾向要显著高于模范、消极和疏离追随行为;当下属对领导的心理定位为低信任关系、高专业能力时,其选择消极追随行为的倾向要显著高于学习、模范和疏离追随行为;当下属对领导的心理定位为低信任关系、低专业能力时,其选择疏离追随行为的倾向要显著高于学习、模范和消极追随行为。研究结果有助于领导与下属对彼此状态形成清晰的预判,从而可以有效提升领导的领导力以及下属的追随力。 Through the data from questionnaires including mock context. We test the influence of dual psychological-positioning based on the trust and professional abilities on the leader’s behaviors and the follower’s behaviors. The research results show that when a leader have a conception of high trust and high professional ability toward a subordinate, the choice of empowering leadership behavior tendency is significantly higher than other leader’s behaviors.When a subordinate have a conception of high trust and high professional ability toward a leader,the choice of learning behavior tendency is significantly higher than other subordinate’s behaviors.When a subordinate have a conception of low trust and high professional ability toward a leader,the choice of negative behavior tendency is significantly higher than other subordinate’s behaviors.When a subordinate have a conception of low trust and low professional ability toward a leader,the choice of alienation behavior tendency is significantly higher than other subordinate’s behaviors. The research results can help leaders and subordinates form clear prejudgments about each other,thus effectively enhancing the leadership and subordinate followership.
