摘要
在中国沙棘枝果速冻脱果生产中,脱果机内滚筒筛转速设定是依靠实际经验估测得出的,估算方式费时费力且缺乏理论依据。应用仿真软件EDEM,分析-17^-20℃低温速冻中国沙棘枝果的脱果过程,优化沙棘滚筒筛的设计。将枝条和果实作简化处理,设置滚筒筛的喂入量等参数,然后设定5种不同的转速,通过EDEM软件模拟并分析枝条和果实各自的分离率,得出最佳转速;同时研究了筛孔形状对分离率的影响。
In the sea buckthorn fast frozen defruiting production in China,the speed setting of the roller screen in the defruiting equipment is estimated based on actual experience,time and effort- consuming and lacking theoretical basis. Using simulation software EDEM,the sea buckthorn defrosting process in the low- temperature fast- frozen process at- 17 ^- 20 ℃ is analyzed,and the sea buckthorn roller screen is optimized. After simplified shoot and fruit treatment,such parameters as the roller screen feeding amount are set,followed by setting of 5 different speeds,with EDEM software used to analyze their respective separation rate to obtain the optimum speed. At the same time,the effect of the sieve pore shape on the separation rate is studied.
