摘要
采用Solid Works和Ansys等软件对曲轴的热特性进行分析,建立了简化的曲轴有限元模型,分析了不同工况下曲轴的受力情况,计算了不同转速和打桩力下的轴承发热流量和不同转速下曲轴表面的强迫对流传热系数。通过Ansys进行结构分析,为优化压力机结构和改善压力机热态特性提供理论依据。
Software Solid Works and Ansys are used to analyze the thermal properties of crankshafts,a simplified finite element model is established,the force on the crankshafts under different working conditions is analyzed,and the bearing heat flow under different speeds and pile driving forces and the forced convective heat transfer coefficient of crankshaft surface under different speeds are calculated. The Ansys-based structural analysis provides theoretical basis for optimizing the press structure and improving the press thermal properties.
