摘要
现有国家标准规定家具木制件的漆膜涂层要检测其表面理化性能,抗冲击项目是其中重要的一项,检测时不考虑材质属性采用同一指标。试验结果表明:木材密度越高,漆膜抗冲击能力越好;部分环孔材冲击区域不同,漆膜抗冲击能力也不同,晚材部位的漆膜抗冲击性能优于早材部位。所以标准应具体化,不同材质的基材应有不同的指标要求,不应统一定为50mm。
According to current national standards,resistance to impact is one of the important chemical and physical properties which should be tested for surface coatings of wooden furniture,with the same indicators used regardless of material properties. The test result shows that the higher the wood density is,the better the film impact resistance performance is; for some ring-porous wood,different impact areas result in different film impact resistance performance,and the film impact resistance performance of late wood is superior to that of early wood. So the standards should have specific different indicator requirements for different base materials instead of adopting the same 50 mm for all.
