摘要
用于木制品工件加工的单板层积成型设备通过激光系统来完成对工件截面轮廓的加工,激光切割的工艺参数影响切割后的工件质量及生产效率。通过分析求解得到激光切割速度v与激光功率Pb之间的匹配关系式,并通过有限元软件对其进行仿真分析,为切割工艺参数制定提供理论依据。
In the veneer lamination forming equipment used for wood product workpiece processing,laser system completes the processing of the workpiece section contour via a laser system.The process parameters of laser cutting influence the quality and production efficiency of workpiece after cutting.In this paper,the matching relation between laser cutting speed v and laser power Pb was obtained through analysis and solution,with simulation and analysis conducted via finite element software,providing a theoretical basis for laser process parameter setting.
