摘要
本文根据悬臂施工的特点,把预拱度分为施工预拱度和制造预拱度,区分了二者的适用范围。讨论了制作预拱度和施工预拱度的的计算原理。整理了如何使用工程常用软件桥博和midas来计算制造预拱度和施工预拱度的方法。最后以中朝鸭绿江界河公路大桥为具体工程实例,结合该桥的结构特点,建立了桥梁有限元计算模型,对该桥进行了悬臂拼装施工过程的正装模拟计算,探讨了大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥的制造预拱度的计算问题。
Based on the characteristics of the cantilever construction, the article puts camber fall into two broad categories: fabrication camber and construction camber. The scope of application of this model is discussed between the two cambers. The information of the calculation rules and regulations by DB and Midas software to calculate the camber was got. The plane link program was used to respectively set up the finite element model for Yalu Boundary River Highway Bridge. It was collected the results of analysis for span steel box girder cable-stayed bridge, and the fabrication camber features was analyzed.
