192 3年 9— 1 1月 ,蒋介石率“孙逸仙博士代表团”赴莫斯科 ,与苏联、共产国际就“西北军事计划”以及国民党与苏俄之间的合作问题进行协商。随着国内外形势的变化 ,苏联、共产国际改变了以前的态度 ,不再支持“西北军事计划” ,而且共产国际做出的《关于中国民族解放运动和国民党问题的决议》也使蒋介石感到很不满意。 1 92 3年访苏之行对蒋介石产生了深刻影响 ,他对苏联。
From September to November in 1923,Chiang Kai-shek,as the head of 'Delegation of Dr.Sun Yat-sen',paid his official visit to Moscow.Chiang,with Soviet Union and Comintern,negotiated the 'Northwest Military Project'and the cooperation between Kuomintang and Soviet Union.With the ups and downs of international and domestic situations,Soviet Union and Comintern changed their position and they no longer supported the 'Northwest Military Project'.In the meantime,'Resolution on Chinese People's Liberation Movement and Chinese Kuomintang'made by Comintern let Chiang Kai-shek down. The 1923 visit to Soviet Union imposed profound influence on Chiang Kai-shek.It was at that time that his basic attitude toward Soviet Union and Comintern took shape.
