管理劳动在社会主义公有制企业中是生产性的、创造价值的复杂劳动。在社会主义市场经济条件下的私营企业中 ,管理劳动一方面是生产性 ,创造价值的复杂劳动 ,另一方面是为剥削而管理的劳动。独立于生产者之外的科学知识不形成价值 ,它必须与劳动者的劳动结合起来 ,作为生产劳动的组成部分可以形成价值 ,通过工人的具体劳动生产更多的使用价值 。

Managerial labour is productive and complicated labour which creates value in the socialist public ownership enterprises,while in the privately-owned enterprises managerial labour is productive and complicated labour which creates value on the one hand,it is managerial labour of exploitation on the other.The scientific knowledge independent of producers does not produce value.It can produce value only when the scientific knowledge combines with labourers and labour which are components of the process of labour,and through specific labour of the workers to produce more value of use and through their abstract labour to produce double value.
