摘要
在现代市场经济条件下、企业自身的发展、企业间的竞争都与员工的忠诚度密切相关,富有忠诚心和献身精神的员工对任何一家企业来说都是最为重要的竞争力量。员工只有高度归属企业,兢兢业业且富有创造性的工作,做出超出企业期望值的贡献,企业才能立于不败之地。可现实中忠诚的员工却越来越少。就员工忠诚缺失的原因,企业对员工忠诚和员工对企业忠诚以及如何造就员工忠诚进行了探讨。
Under the condition of modern market economy, the development of the enterprise and the competition between enterprises depend a lot on the staff s loyalty to the enterprise. A staff with loyalty and devotion is most important to any enterprise. Only if the staff has the sense of loyalty,work hard and creatively,will the enterprise never fail. As a matter of fact,the staff's are becoming less loyal. This article analyzes the reason for the lack of staffs' loyalty,the enterprise' s loyalty to the staff,the staff's loyalty to enterprise as well as how to make the staff loyal.
