The development of international cooperative finance theory and its systematic invention give us a good deal of beneficial inspirations. Our system reform in cooperative finance is at a crucial moment now. Therefore, it's absolutely necessary for us to learn and draw lessons from the foreign advanced experiences and practice, to adopt the path of combining cooperative system with commercial operation, to establish a corporation system, to perfect the corporation economic administration structure, and to launch the reform on the original rural credit cooperative and other relative projects. All of these are the inevitable requirements of economic development.
