以德治国是江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体在我国步入新的发展时期所提出的重要治国方略,学校教育能够也应该在实施以德治国方略的过程中起到基础性的作用。重点分析了学校教育在以德治国中的五种基础性作用,并提出如何发挥这些作用的四种途径。

Running the country with morality is an important state plan put forward by the third generation of leading collective of the Party with comrade Jiang Zemin as the core when stepping into the new developing period. In implementing this plan, school education can and should play a basic role. This article analyzes especially the five basic roles that school education can play and puts forward four ways to play them fully.
