On the Value of Marriage Law

法律价值已经成为我国法学的基本范畴。关于婚姻法的价值在于保护弱势群体的利益,指引家庭建设的方向,推进依法治国的进程。笔者从婚姻法价值的研究意义、婚姻法价值的概念、婚姻法价值的本质、婚姻法价值的评价标准、婚姻法的价值取向等方面进行尝试性研究。

Value of law has become a basic category in the Chinese law. The value in Marriage Law lies in the protection of the interests of the weak group, orientating family construction and forwarding the course of running state affairs according to law. The author attempts to study on the significance, concept, nature, evaluation criteria, orientation, etc. of the value of Marriage Law.
