摘要
教育在总量矛盾和结构矛盾的交替变化中不断发展,教育的多重功能形成教育的多重效益,教育协调发展有效促进经济的增长,经济增长的质量与效果从根本上制约着教育的投入,影响教育的协调发展。本文立足我国教育在公共投入主导下,有限投入约束的实际和经济发展现状,构建教育协调发展和经济增长指标体系和描述教育协调发展和经济增长两个多因素相互作用的复杂过程所共同构成的系统关系实用评价模型,在定性分析当前我国教育发展与经济增长的关系基础上,以我国"九五"期间经济和教育的统计数据作实证演算,并据此提出相应政策建议。
Education is developed continuously in the changes between gross contradiction and structure contradiction Multiple benefit of education is made by the multiple functions of education A harmonious development of education will help promote economic growth; and the latter in turn will fundamentally constrain the investment in education, and thus cast its influence on the prospect of education development This dissertation sets its goal as to clarify the comprehensive coworking relationship between education development and economic growth For this purpose, the author will first of all observe China's current education investment, which is made mostly by the state, and the country's economic status to construct a couple of index systems to depict education development and economic growth respectively After that, the paper will establish and rationalize a feasible model used to evaluate the corelations between the two systems At the end of this paper, the author will take statistics reflecting China's economic and educational developments during the country's Ninth FiveYear Program to corroborate his points of view He will also proceed from the theoretical base to give his suggestions concerning the related state policies
