雇员参与公司管理在公司运行中具有重要的作用。西方市场经济发达的国家已形成较为完备的雇员参与公司的理论体系。我国可以借鉴西方雇员参与的优秀成果,完善我国的雇员参与公司管理制度。

Employees' participation in administration of the corporation plays an important part in the operation of the corporation. In the developed countries in the world where the market economy has been greatly advanced, there are already some systematic theories of the employees' participation in administration of the corporation. We should draw lessons from the good results of the western market economy countries, to improve and perfect our rules of employees' participation in administration of the corporation in our country.
