我国农业剩余劳动力就业问题分析

An Analysis of the Employment Issue of Rural Surplus Labour in China

在运用国外有关理论和实证分析的基础上 ,提出了城市化、发展乡镇企业、提高农业剩余劳动力素质等途径来解决我国农业剩余劳动力就业问题。

At present,the employment of rural surplus labour has been a fundamental issue of the Chinese economy.By applying relevant theories abroad and making an empirical analysis,it is argued in this paper that the employment problem of rural surplus labour in China can be solved by realizing urbanization,developing township enterprises,and improving the quality of rural surplus labour.
