摘要
本文指出教师错误的教育观念和行为、教师缺乏心理健康教育知识、教师自身的心理健康问题等是导致学生师源性心理障碍的主要原因 ,应开展面向全体教师的心理健康教育全员培训 ,对我国中小学心理健康教育工作模式进行改革 。
The author points out that students' psychological obstruction is mainly caused by teachers' wrong ideas and behaviors, teachers' lack in the knowledge of mental health education and teachers' psychological problems. In this regard, it is of necessity to reform the mode of mental health education at primary and secondary schools by offering mental health education training to all teachers and solving the “teacher originated” psychological problems with students.
