摘要
随着儿童家具在中国的需求量不断增加,家具设计者们不断地寻求中国儿童家具发展的新方向。另外,由于儿童家具的寿命普遍较短,一般只适合儿童成长时期某一阶段的使用,造成了资源的浪费,而可成长性儿童家具能够解决这一问题。因此,笔者寻求一种科学有效的方法对儿童实木座椅进行创新设计并很好体现其可成长性。对市面上现有儿童座椅进行充分调研分析、定位,确定初步设计方案,结合发现问题解决理论(TRIZ)分析其所存在的矛盾,构建基于TRIZ理论的产品创新设计流程,继而运用有效的TRIZ工具,对方案所存问题进行解决、创新和完善,得出最优方案。运用科学的TRIZ理论能快速有效地针对性分析、解决儿童实木椅设计过程中存在的实际问题,不仅实现了实木座椅能满足儿童在不断成长过程中可以长期使用,而且实现了多功能性。
With the end of China’s one-child family policy,the demands for children’s furniture in China is increasing rapidly. To meet the market demands,the furniture designers constantly seek the direction of the development of Chinese children’s furniture. In the past,the style of children’s furniture was very limit. Generally,it could only satisfy the function of making children sit or lie down. Besides,the child’s requisition for furniture does not remain at the level of mere usage. There is a need to develop more and more abundant styles of furniture to meet children’s different requirements.In addition,because the life of children’s furniture is generally too short,which is usually only suitable for the use of a certain stage of children’s growth period,inevitably causing the waste of resources. The growing children furniture can meet the different needs of children at different stages of growth and make full sustainable use of resources.Therefore,this study aimed at finding a scientific and effective method for the innovative design of the children’s wooden chair by reflecting children’s growth. This study started from investigating for existing children chair and determining the preliminary design scheme. On this basis,it was combined with the contradiction analysis of the TRIZ( theory of the solution of inventive problems) theory,and constructed the process of product innovation design based on the TRIZ theory. Then the TRIZ tools effectively were used to solve the problems,improve the furniture design,and finally the optimal solution was obtained. Besides,it can make the solution more humane,both in appearance and in functional structure.
