马克思主义的资本主义宏观经济学研究——高峰教授的学术贡献与学术影响

A Study on Marxist Macroeconomics of Capitalism

高峰教授原籍天津市,出生于湖北。1960年9月从中国人民大学毕业后分配到南开大学经济学系任教。高峰教授主张,我们要反思和继承马克思主义的传统和方法,丰富和发展马克思主义理论。他比较早地认识到,马克思的资本积累理论具有宏观分析和动态分析的特征,向学界提出以马克思的积累学说为基础'建立马克思主义的资本主义宏观经济学'的任务。他在许多理论问题上提出创新性见解,如在资本积累问题上他提出'制度-市场'二元的'高峰假说';在长波理论研究中,他在确立长波内在机制的'技术-制度-市场'三元解释框架基础上,明确指出第四次长波的下降阶段和第五次长波的存在,并辩证预测资本主义经济的未来趋势。

Professor Gao Feng was born in Hubei and his native place is Tianjin.After graduating from People’s University of China in September 1960,he started to his teach in the Department of Economics at Nankai University.Professor Gao advocated that we should reflect on and inherit Marxist traditions and methods to enrich and develop Marxist theory.He realized earlier that the Marxist theory of capital accumulation had the characteristics of a macro and dynamic analysis,and proposed'establishing the theory of capitalist macroeconomics of the Marxism'based on Marxist capital accumulation theory.He put forward innovative opinions on many theoretical issues.For example,he proposed the'institution-market'binary Gao Feng hypothesis on the issue of capital accumulation.In the study of long wave theory,based on the ternary interpretation framework,he strongly argued the decline of the fourth long wave and the existence of the fifth long wave,and dialectically predicted the future trend of the capitalist economy.
