我国高等职业教育法规与政策探析

Analysis on the Rules and Policies of Higher Vocational Education

20世纪90年代以来,我国高职法规政策建设取得了很大的成绩,但仍然存在着一些不足,大力发展高职的决策与某些现行政策之间仍然存在着矛盾。本文在分析高职法规政策建设成绩与问题的基础上,提出若干改进意见。

The construction of the rules and policies of Chinese higher vocational education has reached great achievements since the 1990's.But there is contradiction between the right decisions and faulty policies.Based on analysing the achievements and problems occured in the construction of the rules and policies of higher vocational education, the article puts forward some suggestions.
