摘要
台湾的技职教育已由高中职阶段的中等技职教育上移至技专校院、科技大学层次的高等技职教育,与中等技职教育的教育目标定位不同,上移后的高等技职教育的角色、定位模糊不清。本文以技职教育特色之一的产学合作为论述主轴,探讨技职教育产学合作的教育理念、发展历程、内涵与作为,以此为提升高等技职教育品质提供参考。
The technical and vocational education in Taiwan has upgraded from secondary level to higher level.Being different from the secondary technical and vocational education whose position of educational target is clear, the role and position of higher technical and vocational education are not clear.Taking the cooperation of industry and school which is one of characteristics of technical and vocational education as the main shaft to be discussed, the article expounds the educational idea, developing process, intension and practice of the cooperation of industry and school to make it serve as reference to upgrading the quality of higher technical and vocational education.
