摘要
教育反进化必然承担退化的后果.近年全国大学英语四、六级统考作文命题出现了反进化现象,作者从大、中、小学英语教学"一条龙"体系及英语测试的信度、效度和区分度等层面就此进行了分析,并探讨了反进化现象产生的原因及避免再发生的对策.
Counter evolution rooted in education is doomed to bear responsibility for all the serious consequences arising therefrom. In view of the counter evolution phenomenon emerging in topic setting for writing in CET Band IV/VI in recent years, the author intends to size up the degenerating situation in the light of the present streamline ELT system in China and the theories of reliability, validity and discrimination in language testing, and also probes into the causes of the counter evolution phenomenon and the possible counter measures to avert it.
