《周礼》“天府”再说

Re-Discussion of Tianfu In ZhouLi

学术界关于《周礼》中"天府"一词的"库房说"是错误的,而"职官说"也是不准确、不全面的。文章首次考证出"天府"一词的图籍档案库房性质在魏晋南北朝时期才开始出现,且与《周礼》无关。《周礼》之"天府"应当为职官名兼机构名称,双重属性缺一不可。且从横纵两个方面看,无论先秦还是其后中国古代各个时期,除《周礼》外,"天府"一词的这种用法再无出现。据此笔者得出的初步结论是:《周礼》中的"天府"为作者主观设计,西周根本不存在这一职官(机构)名称。

Treating Tianfu in ZhouLi as a warehouse or an officer is incorrect and incomprehensive.The writer puts forward the opinion that not until the period of Wei,Jin,Northern and Southern Dynasties did the word'Tianfu'appear with the attributes of a warehouse for the first time,which has nothing to do with ZhouLi.Tianfu in Zhoulishould have attributes of both an officer and an institution,each of which can’t be ignored or omitted.However,by analyzing the total development of Tianfu in the whole ancient history,it turns out that its dual attributes don’t show up again except in ZhouLi.Therefore,the writer’s preliminary conclusion is that TianFu of ZhouLiactually doesnot exist inthe Western Zhou Dynasty,which was also designed by the author of ZhouLi.
