我们将邓小平同志提出改革开放"三个有利于"的标准,与习近平总书记全面深化改革的"四个有利于"标准比较不难看出,"四个有利于"标准的提出既是对中国共产党执政规律和社会主义发展规律的进一步把握和强调,又是对"三个有利于"标准的继承和发展;同时,"四个有利于"标准不仅是对"三个有利于"标准的深化,更是对马克思主义的改革观、发展观、群众观的时代创新,将21世纪中国的马克思主义推向崭新的高度。

If we compare Deng Xiaoping’s Three Criteria for reform and opening-up with Xi Jinping’s Four Criteria for deepening reform in an all-round way,it is not difficult to see that the proposition of Xi Jinping’s Four Criteria is not only the further grasping and emphasizing of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China and the law of socialist development,but also the further reiteration and development of Three Criteria.At the same time,the Four Criteria is not only the deepening of the Three Criteria,but also the era innovation of Marxist reform view,development view and mass view,pushing China’s Marxism in the 21st century to a new height.
