浅谈“莱西精神”对新时期全面深化农村基层党组织建设改革的启示

农村基层党组织是党在农村的神经末梢,也是党的路线、方针、政策的"终端"推动者和实践者。党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,明确农村基层党组织建设也是需要全面深化改革的一个重要领域。本文以分析莱西会议的背景和"莱西精神"为切入点,对比总结现阶段农村党组织建设面临的"六不适应"问题,指出"莱西精神"对新时期全面深化农村党组织建设改革的重要启示。
