Social Security Dilemma and Countermeasures of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

随着经济的飞速发展和城市化进程的推进,新生代农民工正成为我国城市化进程中最有活力的一股力量,成为我国产业发展的重要支柱。国家和社会高度重视新生代农民工社会保障问题,但仍存在农民工社会保障意识淡薄、企业社会责任感不强、社会保险覆盖面不够广泛、社会保障体系不够健全等困境,使新生代农民工缺乏合理的社会保障,很多新生代农民工基本的社会保障权益得不到切实保护。我国通过完善社会保障体系、增强参保意识、规范企业行为、强化社会保障法律体系建设等途径,更好地推进新生代农民工社会保障工作进程。

With the rapid development of city economy and the progress of urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers has become the most dynamic city in China in the process of power and the important pillar of China' s industrial development.The state and society attaches great importance to social security about the new generation of migrant workers, but there are still some problems, for example, migrant workers have little social security consciousness,responsibility of corporate social is not strong, the coverage of social insurance is not wide enough, social security system is not perfect and so on.Therefore, the new generation of migrant workers lack of reasonable social security, the basic social security rights and interests are not effective protected.Our country is promoting social security of the new generation of migrant workers through the improvement of the social security system, strengthening the insurance awareness,standardizing enterprise behavior,strengthen social security legal system construction and other ways.
