摘要
人事统计工作是高校人事管理工作的重要组成部分。近年来,随着我国高校办学自主权的逐步扩大,高校人事制度改革进程不断加快。但是我国高校的人事统计工作发展滞后,难以适应人事制度改革的要求。本文首先分析了目前我国高校人事统计工作中存在的主要问题,然后具体分析了问题的成因,并在此基础上提出一些有针对性的建议与对策。
The personnel statistics is an important part of a university's personnel management.In recent years, the personnel system reforms in China' s universities are accelerating along with the expanding of university' s decision-making right.But the development of personnel statistics work is still lag in China's universities, and difficult to meet the requirements of the personnel system reform.This article analysed the main problems existing in the university's personnel statistical work first, and then revealed the reasons for them.Finally it put forward some improvement measures based on the above analysis.
