Discussion on the CPC Cadres Making up a Missed Lesson of Culture in the Early Years of New China

新中国成立初期,中共干部文化水平普遍较低,远不能适应形势发展需要,尤其是国家建设需要。为迅速扭转这一不利状况,执政伊始的中国共产党迅即采取措施,大力开展干部文化教育,进行干部文化"补课"。干部文化"补课"虽然始终面临重重困难,但由于党和人民政府高度重视、精心组织、大力推动,这项工作得以顺利实施,最终形成为一场声势浩大的干部学习运动。建国初期干部文化"补课"取得了显著成效,不仅迅速提高了广大干部的文化水平,并且对干部队伍建设产生深远影响。

In the early years of New China, the CPC cadres’ cultural level was generally low which couldn’ t adapt to the development of the situation, especially to the needs of national construction.In order to reverse this unfavorable situation quickly, the Communist Party of China adopted resolute measures to carry out the cultural education of cadres, “making up a missed lesson” of culture.Although “making up a missed lesson” of culture was always facing many difficulties, because of the party and the people's government paying great attention to, carefully organizing, vigorously promoting, it was implemented smoothly, and finally turned into a large -scale cadres’ study movement.The cadres’ cultural “making up a missed lesson” In the early years of New China was made outstanding achievements, which it was not only raising the cadres’ cultural level quickly, but also bringing a far -reaching influence on the construction of cadre team.
