社会组织评估是我国政府近年来采取的一项衡量社会组织综合水平的重要工具,是政府对社会组织进行监督管理的有效方式。它采用由政府部门制定的一套评价指标体系,其评估结果能够相对科学地反映社会组织的运作效能。评估结果的好坏,关系到社会组织能否扩大自身的社会影响力,以及能否获得更多有利资源;因此社会组织对评估工作的重视程度逐步加深。当前我国的社会组织评估工作取得了一定成效、积累了诸多经验,但仍存在某些问题有待进一步完善。

Social organization evaluation is an important tool to measure the comprehensive level of social organization taken by our government in recent years.It is an effective method for government to supervise social organization.It adopts a evaluation index system made by government, and the result can scientifically reflect operational effectiveness of social organization relatively. Evaluation result concerns whether social organization can expand its social influence and obtain more favorable resources.Therefore social organization is paying more attention to evaluation gradually. Currently social organization evaluation in China has some success and lots of experience, but there are still a certain problems to be further improved.
