Study on the Relationship between Market and Society in Public Administration: From the Perspective of the Theory of Double Movement

作为社会治理体制创新的理论基础之一,社会与市场关系是公共管理研究的重要议题。在评述自由主义经济学、市场失灵和社会资本等理论有关社会与市场关系认知的基础上,重点分析了双重运动理论视角下社会与市场的互动关系、过程、结果及其影响因素,构建了公共管理中社会与市场关系的双重运动理论分析框架。双重运动框架不仅为研究社会与市场互动关系提供了理论工具,也为解析我国转型期社会问题的产生、演变、防治以及创新社会治理体制提供了政策启示。

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the relationship between market and society,process, results and influence from the perspective of the theory of Double Movement A theoretical framework of Double Movement about the description of the interactive relationship between market and society is built.The Double Movement framework not only provide framework for resolving the conflict between market and society, but also provide a useful perspective for understanding the social problems and the innovation of social governance.
