和谐家庭创建的社会学研究——基于家庭暴力问题的调查与讨论

Sociological Research of Harmonious Family Construction——Based on the Investigation and Discussion of Domestic Violence

家庭和谐是社会和谐的基础。家庭暴力,是人类不平等和不文明的行为,是导致家庭不和谐或破裂的原因之一,也是影响社会和谐的不安定因素。预防和制止家庭暴力,既是保障家庭暴力受害者人身权利,实现人人平等、社会公平的需要,也是维护家庭和社会稳定,推进经济社会全面可持续发展的需要,对于促进家庭与社会和谐有着巨大的作用。因此,有必要从社会学角度对严重破坏家庭关系行为的家庭暴力问题进行研究。本课题通过走访、座谈、抽样调查、汇总和分析全省县以上妇联两年的家庭暴力投诉数据、列举触目惊心的案例等方式,从社会学角度对我省家庭暴力状况进行了专项调查、分析和研究。

Family harmony is the basis of society.Domestic violence is a human inequality and uncivilized behavior, is a cause of family discord or rupture, but also social harmony instability factors.Prevention and suppression of domestic violence, both to protect the personal rights of victims of domestic violence, to achieve equality for all, social justice needs, but also to maintain the family and social stability, and promote economic and social needs of sustainable development, for the promotion of family and social harmony has a huge role.Therefore, it is necessary to reseach the domestic violence behavior that seriously damaged family relationships from a sociological point of view.This object invested, analysed and studied in a special way from a sociological point of view through interviews、 conversations on domestic violence complaint data, cited shocking way, sampling, summary and analysis of the province two years above the county Women’ s Federation.
