装备制造业是为国民经济和国防建设提供技术装备的战略性先进工业,是制造业的核心组成部分,是国民经济发展特别是工业发展的基础。辽宁省作为"老牌"重工业基地,具有十分完善的工业基础,其制造业在省内经济发展中占比近半。在供给侧改革、智能制造背景下,如何建设强大的先进装备制造业、不断提升竞争力,不仅是重振东北经济发展的重中之重,更是国家综合实力的集中体现。本文围绕在供给侧改革下辽宁省装备制造业的现状与竞争力的培育,探讨了竞争力培育对策。

Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic advanced industry that provides technology and equipment for national economy and national defense construction.It is the core component of manufacturing industry and the foundation of national economic development,especially industrial development.As an'old'heavy industry base,Liaoning province has a very perfect industrial base,and its manufacturing industry accounts for nearly half of the provincial economic development.In the context of supply-side reform and intelligent manufacturing,how to build a strong advanced equipment manufacturing industry and continuously enhance competitiveness is not only the top priority of revitalizing the economic development of northeast China,but also the concentrated embodiment of the country’s comprehensive strength.This paper focuses on the current situation of Liaoning’s equipment manufacturing industry under the supply-side reform and the cultivation of its competitiveness.
