优势视角下的“老有所为”实践途径探索

The Exploration of Productive Aging under Strength Perspective

我国的"老有所为"在就业、志愿服务、家庭照顾和终身学习四个方面仍然存在很多不足,其中最突出的问题是老年人参与"老有所为"活动直接面对的头绪太多且获得信息渠道不畅,缺乏一条清晰、明确、规范的参与途径。本文借助社会工作中的优势视角,以《社会养老服务体系建设规划(2011-2015年)》和《社区服务体系建设规划(2011-2015年)》为指导纲领,以能力建设和资源整合为基础,探索一条以老年人为中心,以社区为枢纽,将"老有所为"与社区服务体系建设结合起来的新途径。

With the social and economic development,the economic condition and education level of the elderly in China have changed significantly.They are getting to be aware of the importance of self-fulfillment.However,the achievement in productive aging in China is far from satisfaction.The most prominent problem is the lack of clear,specific and standard access to participation.This paper tries to explore a new way for the elderly's social engagement under strength perspective.Based on capacity building and resource integration,the new client-centered method aims at combining productive aging and the construction of community service system.
