当前我国延迟退休问题研究

近年来,我国人口老龄化进程加快,并由此产生很多问题,影响了社会经济发展。因此,实施弹性退休制度,适当延长法定退休年龄,是社会发展的必然趋势。而在具体实践中,要充分考虑我国当前国情,兼顾各方利益,分阶段、有步骤的以渐进方式推进我国延迟退休年龄制度改革。

In recent years,the process of population aging is speeding up throughout China,thus bringing about many problems and influencing social economic development.Therefore,the implementation of flexible retirement and delaying retirement age are the inevitable trend of social development.In practice,we need to fully consider the present national conditions,balance the interests of all parties,and promote the reform of delaying retirement age step by step.
