摘要
对W市305名居家失能老人的照护者进行问卷调查,发现家庭照护者投入的时间多、提供的工具性协助多,获得的社会支持少,消极感受较为明显,亲情与义务是家庭照护的价值基础。统计分析显示,照护者的年龄、职业、健康状况、消极感受、代际关系是影响家庭照护供给的主要因素。为了保障失能老人的生存品质,建议出台家庭养老支持政策,推动家庭照护向居家照护转化,大力发展社区照护服务。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 305 caregivers of disabled elders in city of W and its result shows that caregivers spend much time but they obtain little social support and their negative feelings are obvious.Family affection and obligation are value basis.Statistic analysis shows that the age,career,health condition,negative feelings and relation between generations of caregivers are main elements of influencing the supply of family care.In order to ensure the survival quality of disabled elders,formulating family supporting policy is suggested to promote home care and develop community care service.
