老年人社区健康照护的现状、问题与对策

Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of Community Health Care for the Elderly

在老龄化背景下,家庭功能弱化及老年健康问题日益凸显,老年人的健康照护问题成为所有涉老实践活动和理论研究的核心,也为在我国尽快建立健全老年人的社区健康照护体系提出了迫切的要求。基于老年人社区健康照护的现状分析,发现其中存在的问题,并提出有针对性的对策,以期老年人社区健康照护工作更趋全面、系统、规范和完善。

In aging society,the problems of lessened family functions and health status of the elderly have become more obvious.Health care has been the key of all practical activities and theoretical research on the elderly,bringing about urgent demand on the establishment and improvement of community health care system.Based on the status analysis on community health care for the elderly,this paper analyzes the problems and proposes some countermeasures so as to promote more systematic and standardized community health care.
