摘要
日本作为率先步入老龄社会的发达国家,在老年护理服务方面有着较为完善的制度安排与实践经验。面对我国人口老龄化的快速发展、老年护理专业人才奇缺的严峻形势,日本老年护理人才培养模式对我国有着较强的借鉴意义。主要通过对日本老年护理人才培养模式的梳理,为我国老年护理专业人才队伍建设提供借鉴。
As a developed country that has already entered aging society, Japan has lots of practical experiences in elderly nursing. Facing the deifciency in elderly nursing personnel, China should learn f rom the advanced experiences of Japan, and promote the development of elderly nursing personnel training in order to keep up with the rapid development of population aging.
