摘要
在老龄社会慢性非传染性疾病高发的情况下,为维护群众老龄健康及减轻社会负担,提出老龄健康管理的概念。老龄健康管理是实现"健康老龄化"策略的有效手段,是低成本应对老龄化挑战的战略选择和发展老龄产业的重要突破口。从顶层设计、中层布局及基层运作三个层次探讨了老龄健康管理体系的构建,分析了老龄健康管理与服务人才培养现状,并对该领域人才发展战略布局提出了构想。
In order to improve aging health and alleviate social burdens, this paper puts forward the concept of aging health management. It is an effective means to realize Healthy Aging, and is also an important way to economically cope with the challenges of population aging and develop aging industry. The paper explores the construction of aging health management system from three levels, analyzes the current situation of the cultivation for aging health management and service professionals, and ifnally proposes the development strategy of the professionals.
