养老机构意外事件分类研究

Classification Research on Accidents of Institutions for the Elderly

本文从性质、起因、发生顺序、具体内容、复杂程度、影响范围、预知程度、可避免性等维度对养老机构意外事件的基本类型进行了介绍,在此基础上对养老机构意外事件的影响因素进行了聚类分析。养老机构意外事件具有高危型、高发型、专业型等诸多类型,需要事前积极预防,事中妥善应对,事后改进完善,多管齐下地予以应对。

This paper introduces the basic types of accidents of institutions for the elderly from the following aspects:nature, causes, order, speciifc content, complexity, range of inlfuence, degree of prediction and the possibility of avoidance. Based on these introduction, the paper makes cluster analysis of the factors inlfuencing accidents of institutions for the elderly .The results have showed that, there are various types of accidents of institutions for the elderly , such as high-risk, high-occurrence and professional type. The countermeasures should be a combination of measures, complying with the principle of taking initiative to prevent beforehand, dealing with properly during the course and making improvement af terwards.
