Thoughts on the Development of China's Old-age Care Service Industry

发展养老服务业是党中央国务院积极应对人口老龄化的重要战略部署。本文梳理了我国养老服务业的主要政策内容,并针对目前存在的问题,探讨了今后养老服务业的发展趋势。建议加强养老服务政策的顶层设计,建立政府主导下的多元主体参与机制,积极发挥市场作用,大力发展社区居家养老服务网络,发展"医养结合"的服务模式。

To promote the Development of old-age Care Service Industry is an important strategic employment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in actively dealing with the population ageing problem. This paper sorts out the main policy contents of China’s old-age care service industry, and explores the development trend of old-age care service in the f uture based on the existing problems. It’s suggested in this paper that to strengthen the top-level design of old-age care service policies, to establish the multiple subjects participation mechanism led by the government, to actively play the role of market, to vigorously develop the community household old-age care service net and to form“the combination of medical care and the pension”service model.
