关于加强老年犯罪与矫正理论研究的几点思考

老年犯罪与矫正理论研究是犯罪学和监狱学研究的重要内容。随着中国老龄化进程的不断加快,老年犯罪问题已经成为一个重要的社会问题,加强老年犯罪与矫正的理论研究刻不容缓。目前学术界对老年犯罪与矫正制度的研究非常薄弱,研究力量不足,研究范围狭窄,统计数据缺乏,学术成果较少,研究资源亟待整合。迫切需要从建立学术组织、加强学术交流以及不同部门之间的相互协作等方面加强理论研究工作。

Crime and correction theory is an important content in criminology and prison studies. As China continues to accelerate the aging process, elderly crime has become a major social problem. To strengthen theoretical study of elderly crime and correction is urgent. Currently the academic study of elderly crime and correction system is very weak, including the lack of research strength, the narrow scope of research, the lack of statistical data and exchanges, less academic achievements, a urgent need for integration of research resources and establishment of academic organizations and mutual cooperation among different departments and so on.
