养老机构意外事件分级研究

Classification Research on Accidents of Institutions for Elderly

伴随着老龄化、高龄化的加剧,养老机构意外事件高度频发且愈演愈烈的态势比较明显,对养老机构意外事件进行科学分级、有效应对已刻不容缓。针对传统的意外事件分级存在评价要素单一、难以准确量化、缺乏动态分析等弊端,采用模糊层次分析法结合平均数一般化模式对养老机构意外事件进行了分级研究。通过从主客观两方面确定分级要素、相对重要性权重比较等步骤对各评价指标进行了权重计算,并以北京某养老院老人坠床为案例进行了分级评价,在此基础上为养老机构预防和处理意外事件给出了结论和建议。

With the aggravation of aging, accidents of institutions for elderly take place with high frequency and spread with a prevailing force. Thus, it’s imperative to make scientific classification of and effective response to accidents of institutions for elderly. Since the traditional classification has such disadvantages as single evaluation element, difficult to quantify precisely and lack of dynamic analysis, this paper adopts the f uzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) in combination of the general model of average number to make classiifcation research on accidents of institutions for elderly. Through the steps of determining the classiifcation elements from the subjective and objective aspects and comparing the relative importance weights, this paper makes weight calculation of every evaluation index. Furthermore, this paper gives classification evaluation to a case in which an old man fell from the bed in one elderly care institution of Beijing. Based on all of these, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to prevent and deal with accidents of institutions for elderly.
