关于老龄法学学科建设若干问题的探讨

Exploration on the Issues of the Discipline Construction of Aging Law Science

老龄法学作为老龄科学和法学的交叉学科,迄今为止尚未得到应有的关注,其发展滞后于老龄社会法治建设的客观要求。基于人口转变、社会转型、科学发展和法治建设等方面的要求,发展老龄法学以及构建中国特色老龄法律体系势在必行。目前,老龄法学处于起步阶段,其研究主要集中在老年法学领域,还有很大发展空间。在老龄法学发展及其学科建设之初,应当加强学科本身的思考和研究,从头厘清概念边界,明确研究对象内容,合理准确进行学科定位。

Aging law science hasn’t been paid enough attention as an interdisciplinary subject between aging science and law science, which lags behind the requirements of aging society. It’s necessary to develop Aging Law Science and build Aging Law System for the demands of demographic transition, social transformation, scientific development and legal construction. Now aging law science is in a fledging period and focuses on laws for the aged, so there is still broad development space. At the beginning of the discipline construction, we should pay close attention to the issues such as deifning research concept and clarifying research object, and make the subject orientation correctly.
