分析了人口老龄化对经济社会发展的五种负面"元效应":成本效应、放大效应、掣肘效应、主体性效应、结构效应。具体分析了人口老龄化带来的"机会成本"和"隐性成本",人口老龄化对老年人问题的放大效应、对经济发展形成的掣肘效应,日益增多的老年群体的实践活动可能带来的文化活力衰减、社会心理脆弱性增加和代沟现象加剧等负面主体性效应,以及人口老龄化带来的结构调整难度增大、不合理结构的固化、结构功能紊乱、结构缺损问题凸显等结构效应。

This paper analyzes five kinds of negative "meta-effect" of population aging on economic and social development: the cost effect, ampliifcation effect, dilemma effect, subjectivity effect, and structure effect. It makes a specific analysis on the "opportunity cost" and "hidden cost" caused by population aging, the ampliifcation effect for the elderly problems, the dilemma effect for economic development, and the negative subjectivity effect of reducing cultural vitality, growing psychological vulnerability, aggravating generation gap phenomenon. The paper also makes a detailed analysis on four kinds of structure effect ,such as increasing structure adjustment dififculty, solidifying unreasonable structure, causing structure function disorder, and highlighting the problem of structure defect.
