老年社会工作学科发展初探

Exploration of the Disciplinary Development of Gerontological Social Work

就老年社会工作学科发展中的一些基础性问题进行了初步探讨。对老年社会工作的概念及服务对象进行了阐释,论述了加强老年社会工作学科建设的意义,从五个方面分析了当前我国老年社会工作学科发展中存在的问题,并就老年社会工作在老龄社会中的介入层次和领域进行了讨论,最后对我国老年社会工作学科的发展前景进行了展望,并提出了促进老年社会工作学科发展的建议。

The paper explores preliminarily on some basic issues in the development of gerontological social work. It elucidates the concept and the service objects of gerontological social work, expounds the signiifcance of enhancing the discipline construction and analyzes the existing problems during its development at present from ifve aspects. It discusses the interventional levels and areas of gerontological social work in aging society, predicts its development prospect and puts forward the suggestions of prompting the disciplinary development.
